I think I probably took more away from this volume than the first, but again it's so repetitive that it tends to drag. The core points probably could have been covered in a couple of chapters, and didn't really warrant an entire book (and definitely not two volumes and counting) but if you're the type of person who learns by repetition then I guess this is definitely for you. Either way though, it did bring up some interesting points and some quotable gems that I can pass on to my team, so a wor I think I probably took more away from this volume than the first, but again it's so repetitive that it tends to drag.
